Prasanna Engineers located at W-215, MIDC, Ambad, Nashik was established in October 1991 to supply & manufacture precision components to a wide range of industries. Providing CNC machining and many secondary operations, they offer a one stop solution for engineering requirements.
Often with machining a second operation is required such as Assembly, lathe machining, milling, drilling, welding, CO2 welding & brazing assemblies by using their own machinery and man power. All this can now be performed under the same roof saving the purchaser many hours & raising individual purchase orders for a single job. Materials like Stainless steel, Aluminum, Copper, Brass, M.S. & EN series, PVS (Round & Sheet), Derline Round can be machined and processed with in-house facilities.

Prasanna Engineers has total of 15 employees looking after actual running of plant. Annual Turnover of the company is around 1.14 crores. Blood Transfusion machine parts, Injection Molding Machine parts, Bolts, studs, Jack Bolts, Plates, Adapters, Holders etc. are some of the spare parts and products manufactured by the company.
I had pursued internship of 1 month at Prasanna Engineers and during this internship, I was able to witness different machining activities, Inspection and quality control of machined parts, production planning and control activities, H.R activities, Internal and External Audits, Sales and Overall Management of the company. Although it was a small scale industry. The Learning Experience was phenomenal and will help me throughout the life.
